The Single Line Diagram (SLD) and substation design shall be developed in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes and recognized international standards. The design shall include system configuration, equipment ratings, protection schemes, and safety considerations to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operation of the electrical network. All designs shall be prepared to facilitate proper installation, operation, and future maintenance of the substation.
